Refund Policy

unlockedai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Unlocked AI subscription payments. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order reference from your Paddle receipt, or email hello@unlockedai.dev and we will help you.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
