These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Unlocked AI service and website (the "Service"), operated by unlockedai ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unlocked AI is an AI-powered app builder. You describe an app in natural language and the Service returns generated HTML/JavaScript that you can preview, iterate on, and export. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be fit for any particular purpose.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service, credential stuffing).
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

4. Generative AI — your responsibility

The Service uses AI models to generate code and text based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for your prompts, for how you use the generated output, and for confirming that you have the rights to any content you paste in. You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to deceive (including deepfakes), and you must not use it to generate malware or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models.

Model outputs may be inaccurate or unsafe. Do not rely on them for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without human review. Rights-holders who believe content generated on the Service infringes their rights may contact us at legal@unlockedai.dev. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

We may filter, moderate, or refuse to generate outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this section.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its underlying software, branding, and documentation are owned by unlockedai and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

As between you and us, you retain rights to your prompts and to the output you generate, subject to any third-party rights (including the rights of upstream model providers).

6. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly by our reseller, Paddle.com. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Reseller disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 6 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
